PICK UPS:  All addresses and phone numbers must be kept current.  Persons other than the enrolling parents/guardians must be on the forms for your child to be released to them. 

HEALTH FORMS:  Immunizations and physical forms need to be kept up to date.  Infants must have these forms to start our program.

MEDICINES:  We can give medication as long as the parent fills out the proper consent form and paperwork ahead of time.

SICKNESS/ALLERGIES:  Any child suspected of having a communicable disease or who develops a fever of 101 or higher will be placed in an isolation area and needs to be picked up within 45 minutes.  The child has to be fever free for 24 hours before returning to our school.  If your child has more than 2 diarrheas, the child has to be picked up within 45 minutes.  Any child with any colored discharge from nose or eyes needs to be picked up within 45 minute of parent notification.  PLEASE NOTIFY US OF ALL ALLERGIES AND/OR ASTHMA.  A doctor’s note is required if your child is out for more than 3 consecutive days. 

MEALS:  We base all meals on the food groups and nutritional values, offering well-balanced meals.  We provide all meals and snacks, but in the event that your child(ren) can not eat the food we provide, please have the food you send with them ready to eat.  This does not apply to infants (6 weeks – 1 year).  Hot items do well in thermos, freeze packs in zip-lock bags work well for items that need to be kept cold.  For obvious reasons, no glass articles are allowed.  We prefer you don’t bring any outside food or snacks unless your child has food allergies and cannot eat what we provide.  We offer weekly menus ahead of time to assist in planning.
