TOYS/PERSONAL ARTICLES:  Children must leave toys, jewelry, stuffed animals, etc. at home in order to prevent spreading germs/head lice.  We provide plenty of toys to keep your child happy.  We can not be held responsible for anything left at school.

 

CLOTHING/FOOTWEAR:  The center shall make every effort to safeguard personal belongings brought by the child, but shall not be responsible for lost/broken items.  Please label all clothing especially sweaters and jackets.  Children must wear secure footwear; i.e. sneakers/closed toed shoes.  A complete change of clothes is needed in case of spills or accidents.  Send them in a zip-lock bag labeled.  Younger children not potty trained will need two changes of clothes.

 

STUDENT ASSESSMENT:  Assessments will be sent home in October and June for children three turning four and those turning five. 

 

TEACHER CONFERENCES:  Conferences in relation to your child’s progress will be arranged upon request.  Please set up your appointment with the front desk. 

 

AFTER 6:00PM PICK UP:  There will be a late charge of $2.00 per minute per child past 6:00PM starting at 6:01PM, by our clock.  Consistent lateness after 6:00PM will result in us asking you to withdraw your child from our program.  If we have not received a phone call by 7:00PM, DCFS will be notified.
